We don’t have to be your accountants for you to take advantage of our support packages, however, we do offer discounts on Xero support to accounting clients. In fact, every accounting client who spends £100+VAT per month with us receives Xero Basic Support free of charge for one user. We only charge a set fee per user, not per Xero organisation, so if you have multiple Xero organisations managed by one person, they will all be covered by the one user fee.

All our Xero support packages provide email support with responses to your enquires within 24 hours. For urgent support queries we include telephone support with the majority of issues answered on the initial phone call.

Our advanced Xero support package includes a quarterly health-check to make sure that Xero is giving you the correct information. We will write a report with all the areas we have checked, where the problems are and how to fix them.

Our Comprehensive Xero support package comes with all the features of advanced, plus a quarterly face to face meeting at the Direct Peak office for two hours with an expert Xero trainer to answer any queries you may have.

All users on our support packages must have completed the relevant Xero training prior to support commencing. This way we make sure your staff are comfortable with the basic functions and day to day tasks of using Xero software. Our Xero training courses are short and very competitively priced.
